All users of this site agree that access to this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site. Please note, this policy covers all of Elly Diamond Collection products (Indian hair, Closures, Frontals, & Bonnets)
Orders take approximately 14-21 business days (this does NOT include weekends or holidays) from the time of order to the time your order is delivered. (This includes processing and shipping time)
Please note, all closures and frontals are made to order.
Please plan accordingly when placing your order, as all sales are final.

Elly Diamond Collection LLC reserves the right to change the policy at anytime without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Hair, Color, & Texture
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Each and every bundle of hair is inspected and prepared under professional supervision. Our hair receives a second round of inspection before being shipped to customers. All of our hair goes through a meticulous process to ensure that you are receiving the best quality product possible. Elly Diamond Collection is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from an individual donor. Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Therefore, we cannot guarantee uniform hair color or texture. Our hair comes in a straight, wavy, or curly pattern. The color will range between a natural 1b and 2.
The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that will be honored. All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced AFTER your order was placed. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pending orders or orders that have already been shipped. Once the order is shipped, you cannot apply a bundle deal pricing to get more bundles.
We take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order.
Once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders for refund.
- We accept payments via PayPal, and Sezzle. Please note you do not need a PayPal account you can pay as a guest on PayPal.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You pay for your order
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins. Processing time is 14-21 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Closures & frontals. (All closures and frontals are made to order) Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)
4) After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created
5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.
6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days US) (6-10 business days International)

- 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR CLOSURES & FRONTALS
- 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BONNETS
- No hair is kept on hand
- Bonnets are kept on hand
- You will receive your tracking number after your order is processed
This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality control. It allows us to test out all bundles, closures, & frontals to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles, closures, or frontals if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.

- This time does not include the processing period
- Expect delays during sales periods & holidays. (1-5 day delay)
REFUNDS & RETURNS
- Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be permitted due to the nature of this product. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (This includes Hair bundles, Closures, Frontals, & Bonnets)
We do not offer refunds on Hair extensions, closures, frontals, or bonnets, but we will be glad to offer you an exchange within the first fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of your order if the product(s) is defective or damaged.
Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Products including hair extensions, closures, frontals and bonnets that have been worn, untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange, so please examine each product while in its original state to make sure you are satisfied with the product.
- The product must be returned in the original condition with no alterations
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will NOT accept any OPENED OR USED ITEM.
Please Email us within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and photos with your email for return instructions. After fifteen (15) days, all exchanges are voided.
If an exchange is permitted, shipping costs of the existing order, exchange, and any upcharges are the buyer's responsibility. Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.
Elly Diamond Collection LLC reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
Please Note: Closures, and Frontals Are Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable.
- (International Shipping) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail
We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS updates their system every time they put their hands on your package.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
Limitation and Liability
Elly Diamond Collection LLC reserves the right to make changes and adjust prices, policies, and procedures. We also reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone. Please check this page periodically for updates and changes. Elly Diamond Collection does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Elly Diamond Collection will not be liable for consequential special, indirect or severe damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages in regards to any third party except which is provided herein. Elly Diamond Collection is not liable or responsible for any amount of damage above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of product(s) under this agreement.
